Vending At The Petersburg Book Fest Is An Awesome Experience
The attendees at the Petersburg Book Fest love to shop with the attending vendors. From bookish merch to publishing services to delicious foods our vendors bring quality and class to create an unforgettable Book Fest experience.
The Petersburg Book Fest (PBF) is an annual and free festival with the mission to supercharge reading and literacy awareness in our region. This Book Fest boasts panels and signings by authors, activations and a round of fun for the whole family. This event is expected to draw around 1,500+ attendees. The festival runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Vendor space is indoors, in the same space as the onsite Resist Booksellers bookstore and is adjacent to the main stage for the Book Fest.

Things to Know

The fee for submitting a Petersburg Book Fest Vendor Application is $15 and is non-refundable. Submission of an application and payment does not guarantee a vendor spot.

Once approved, a vendor will be issued an invoice for the vendor fees which are due within 7 days of issuance. Failure to pay will result in the vendor spot being reopened to the public.

All table cloths, signage and payment processing equipment are the responsibility of the vendors.

Individual vendor spaces are limited to a 10' x 10' footprint with a 6ft rectangular table. Please ensure your operation will fit within this footprint.

All vendors will be located at the discretion of the Petersburg Book Fest Planning Committee.

Vendors are required to take their trash with them at the end of the event, and will be subject to a fine if trash is left behind.

Indoor Vendors: $150
Outdoor Food Cart: $150
Outdoor Food Truck: $250
