RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days from the date your order was shipped. Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. All purchases that were made from Petersburgbookfest.com can also be returned to the Resist Booksellers store. Should you receive damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact customer service immediately, also please return it to us within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

 

Our policy lasts 30 days and to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

HOW TO RETURN

• Your package must include the original order invoice. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and mail it to us. 

• We do not provide physical return labels. If you do not use our return label, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
